Theatre Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Theatre Nurse to join our team at University Hospital Plymouth NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our operating theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of surgical procedures.
Main Duties- Undertake nursing assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate care plans for patients.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients during surgical procedures.
- Ensure the safe administration of medications and maintain accurate records in accordance with NHS policies and guidelines.
- Participate in the assessment of patient care needs and implement agreed standards of care.
- Follow codes of professional practice and provide high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment within the perioperative environment.

We are looking for a Registered Theatre Nurse with a minimum of 6 months' experience in theatres within the last 3 years. You will need to be registered with the NMC and have a degree or diploma in nursing.
