The Dukes Golf Course plays host to a stunning 5-star Championship Golf Course, situated on the edge of St Andrews.

This rare opportunity is for a Demi Chef de Partie to join us at the Dukes Clubhouse, working under the guidance of our Executive Chef.

You will create dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce and be responsible for your own section, gaining invaluable experience and development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef.

A solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques is essential, along with competence in meat, fish, and poultry cooking, vegetable preparation, basic stocks, soups, and sauces.

You must demonstrate competencies and skills within the kitchen and enjoy working as part of a team.
