Business Development Lead

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to lead our Aluminium Glazing division. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding of aluminium systems and proven experience in the glazing or related industries. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in technical sales/estimating within the construction or glazing industry.
- Excellent relationship-building and development skills.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and negotiate effectively.
