Business Development Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Business Development Lead to join our team in the West Midlands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to grow and retain our customer base
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure effective logistics and supply chain management
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business proposals
- Lead a team of 6 managers covering operations, logistics, office, and customer service
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong entrepreneurial character with experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and operational performance
- Proven team management experience, with a focus on coaching and developing middle managers
- Excellent customer relationship building skills in a B2B services context
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is between £100,000-£110,000 per annum, plus a 20% performance-based bonus, car allowance, and other benefits.
