Pinnacle Group Limited seeks a motivated Facilities Management Support Specialist to ensure successful job management as the first point of contact at the helpdesk. This role involves daily responsibility for the helpdesk and administrative tasks, allocating work orders to internal/external contractors.

The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across various sectors, including education, leisure, corporate, health, and living, to ensure facilities operate efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote working. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Overview

  • Responding to the helpdesk and handling general enquiries.
  • Logging calls/tasks on the helpdesk database using helpdesk software.
  • Reporting back to clients and contract staff on job progress and closing out, including requesting extensions where applicable.
  • Taking ownership of the PPM/holiday schedule & Reactive Maintenance jobs, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with allocated response times.
  • Processing overtime.
  • Booking and monitoring agency staff.
Requirements
