Job Overview

At IKEA, we're looking for a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate FM services across multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with external FM suppliers to deliver high-quality services and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Administer FM tools, such as CAFM, to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including facilities teams, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on hard and soft FM services.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and their application in FM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
