About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Facilities Management Supervisor for our operations in Taunton, Bridgwater, Exeter and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in supervising staff and managing facilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, controlling costs, and improving efficiency.

The successful candidate will be able to accurately record data, work independently, and possess strong analytical skills.

They will also be IT literate and have excellent communication skills.

  • Oversee daily operations and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Control costs and improve efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce staff turnover and improve retention rates.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
