Job Purpose

As part of a dynamic cross-functional team, the Digital Marketing Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Brand Team's execution of Palmolive & Sanex brand strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Marketing & Innovation Support (50%)
    • Conduct in-depth market trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market share assessments.
    • Develop data-driven, consumer-centric recommendations for new product concepts.
    • Coordinate internal and external engagement efforts to support brand teams and hubs, assisting in the development of trade stories and marketing plans.
    • Lead the trade sample process for all innovation initiatives.
  • Digitally Accelerate Brand Strategies (50%)
    • Bring the brand's digital strategy to life by leading the development of e-commerce content for new product launches, including SEO optimization, e-commerce toolkits, and Amazon A+ content.
    • Analyze website performance and oversee website maintenance. Brief and coordinate with creative agencies and manage localization efforts with global hubs.
Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business/Economics (with a focus on Marketing), or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills, a curious mind, and a positive attitude. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Creative thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work across cultures and remotely.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to thrive in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience in a marketing function is highly desirable.
