Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Join Colgate-Palmolive as a Digital Marketing Intern and contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for our global brands.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team responsible for driving business growth through digital channels. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Brand Team in the development and execution of the Palmolive & Sanex brand plans related to innovation & digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform market trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market share analysis to inform brand strategies.
  • Develop data-driven, consumer-centric new concepts recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate internal & external engagement support to Brand teams and Hubs, assisting in trade stories development & support plans.
  • Lead the trade samples process of all innovation initiatives.
  • Bring to life the brand digital strategy by leading the e-commerce content development for innovation, including SEO, ecom toolkit, and A+ for Amazon.
  • Assess the brand websites' website performance and lead their maintenance, briefing & coordinating creative agencies and overseeing localization with hubs.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business/Economics, with a focus on Marketing.
  • Be fluent in English, with other European languages being a plus.
  • Exhibit a team work spirit, curiosity, energy, and positive attitude, with flexibility to adapt and manage ambiguity.
  • Display creative thinking, highly organized, with the ability to work across cultures and in remote teams.
  • Be a team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Have an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in project tasks assigned.
  • Be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets, with good analytical skills.
  • Have a good working understanding of key marketing concepts.
  • Exhibit a self-starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently.
  • Have knowledge of Google suite and Microsoft Office products.
  • A previous experience in a marketing function will be considered a plus.
