Our Job DescriptionAs a care assistant with City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. This will involve following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Requirements and QualificationsYou don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We are more interested in your ability to care and support our clients. A caring and patient nature is essential, as well as being able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our induction program.
