About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our factory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the factory plant, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
  • Ensure all machine parts are in good condition when dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling the machines
  • Perform general cleaning and heavy lifting tasks as required
  • Empty waste bins, bag rubbish, and ensure correct disposal
  • Operate the cardboard compact machine
  • Place warning signs to alert colleagues to potential hazards
  • Store cleaning products safely and correctly
  • Complete cleaning records
Requirements
  • Able to follow quality and hygiene standards
  • Self-motivated and flexible with a can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
