We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at Medico Partners Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date HR documentation (e.g., job descriptions, policies, contracts). They will also support the clinical director with PCN staff management and appraisals.
A salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
- Support the clinical director with PCN staff management and appraisals.
- A degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or training in management (e.g., ILM Level 5 or CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management) can be advantageous.
At least 2-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or primary care setting, is required. Experience with NHS systems and processes, such as QOF, CQC compliance, and enhanced services, is highly desirable.
