We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at CSC Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reading and understanding structural drawings, including steel work and rebar
- Demonstrating experience in coordinating high-risk trades and managing plant and equipment
- Managing and coordinating trades, resolving issues through agreement
- Having a robust approach to health and safety, with experience working at height
- Carrying out site inductions, holding daily coordination meetings, and reading, evaluating, and reviewing RAMS
- Completing daily diaries and site management paperwork, including PUWER
- Being able to clearly and confidently communicate in person and on the phone, with IT literacy and proficiency in emails and Dropbox
This is an excellent opportunity to take a project from conception to completion with a solid team of sub-contractors and the backing of an experienced and active set of directors.
