Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Coordinator

Estimate Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

TechLabs London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to deliver business value to our clients through the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensure effective scope control, and compliance to business objectives.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans defining actions required to meet project goals, execute these plans while monitoring progress from inception through to closure.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage budgets and team schedules, identify and allocate resources to maximize quality and efficiency, ensuring project profitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, analysis, and communication skills, with proven experience in delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM based projects. Key requirements include:

  • Experience in Property and Housing Industry: Highly desirable.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Experience: An advantage.
  • Leadership Skills: Motivational leader who can support the team throughout projects.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced IT skills and computer user knowledge and skills essential due to our online operations via Slack, Trello, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Agile Environment Experience: Working experience in Agile SCRUM or Agile Kanban environment.
