About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Defence sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in delivering complex programmes in a defence environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize business performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures
  • Implement continuous improvement to optimize achievement of objectives
  • Maintain a positive, productive, and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Ideally qualified to degree-level or equivalent experience in a Physics or Engineering based subject
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals and objectives
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
  • Experience with profit and loss management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment
  • Experience in the Naval / Maritime domain
