Job Summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Affordable Housing Specialist to join their Land & Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage the affordable housing element of major sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relationship management, building contracts, and project handovers. They will be responsible for negotiating with key stakeholders, including Housing Associations and Residential Providers.

This role requires a high level of proficiency in financial management, contract negotiation, and progress monitoring. The successful candidate will be able to establish themselves quickly and make a significant impact on the company's affordable housing portfolio.

Salary: £79,500 plus car allowance and bonus

Location: London

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Housing Associations and Residential Providers
  • Negotiate building contracts and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement
