Established Residential Developer is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Specialist to work within the Land & Development team.

Salary

£79,500 plus car and bonus package.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within Housing Associations and Residential Providers, enabling them to identify suitable partners for affordable housing projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Housing Associations and Residential Providers.
  • Building Contract Negotiation: Utilize expertise in negotiating Land & Build Contracts, pre-contract setup, financial management, and ongoing progress monitoring and reporting.
  • Project Handover: Ensure seamless handovers of units to customers on various phases of the scheme.
