**Job Description:**

As a Maintenance Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for owning and managing the operational maintenance, equipment reliability, and related processes on site.

This is a unique opportunity to join Computerworld Personnel Ltd's growing team and contribute to their next phase of expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a maintenance strategy to ensure efficient output of the business unit meeting all KPIs.
  • Lead a small team of maintenance personnel, including contractors.

**Requirements:**

* Background knowledge & experience within a fast-moving manufacturing organisation.

* Experience in leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing organisation.

* Degree educated - Mechanical, Electrical, or Lean Manufacturing Engineering.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
