Job Title: Apprentice Customer Service Engineer

As a key member of our Service Care Solutions Ltd team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade machines across various locations. This field-based role involves installation, repairing, service, and removal of the full product range, ensuring that our machines are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and Setup: Install and configure new arcade machines to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  2. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on all machines to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  3. Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues to get machines back up and running quickly.
  4. Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  5. Inventory Management: Manage and document inventory of parts to ensure efficient ordering and minimize stockouts.
  6. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all machines and installations comply with safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  8. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of services performed, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
