About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our expanding team at Everpool Recruitment. As a specialist in providing Telecoms and connectivity services across the UK and Europe, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive growth and profit.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the telecom/ Technology sector. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding our presence even further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, building and nurturing accounts, working with the technical and support teams to provide the best and most suitable service to the customer.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
