Job Title: Maintenance Planner
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar maintenance management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
