Job Title: Community Host

At Vivify Venues, we're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our hirers and their groups. As a Community Host, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are always ready for use, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and other school-related events, from setting up a badminton net to switching on the floodlights.
  • Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are always left as found.
  • Ensure the security and safety of our school by unlocking gates and doors, and locking them securely again at the end of the shift.
  • Complete all health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain a high level of knowledge and skills.
