Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Changing Lives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and supporting the aspirations of our clients, helping them to increase their social connections and participate in community activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify clients' interests and hobbies, and work with them to develop personalized activity plans.
- Collaborate with activity coordinators to design and deliver engaging activities that promote social inclusion and community participation.
- Provide one-to-one support to clients, helping them to access local groups and activities and overcome any barriers they may face.
- Work with clients to develop their knowledge of local transport options and support them in using these services.
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the local community and its resources.
