Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Ideal for All.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, approximately 6 hours per week, with potential to increase to an additional hour in the morning on weekdays.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting support.
  • Contribute to domestic duties, such as maintaining a tidy living environment and preparing meals and refreshments.
  • Support social interactions and outings in the community, including shopping and other activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care or higher qualification.
  • A valid car driver's license and experience handling a wheelchair and manual handling equipment.
  • Training in moving and handling people with limited mobility.
Working Conditions

This role involves working as part of a team to provide supportive care to our employer. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills and knowledge in health and social care.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is £9,366 (based on 6 hours per week at £9.30 per hour). The exact salary may vary depending on individual circumstances.
