Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified Secondary Teacher to join our team as a supply, block or long-term employee.

About the Job:

This role involves working with students of varying ages and abilities, delivering lessons that cater to their individual needs and promote academic success. As a Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment, encouraging active participation, and developing students' critical thinking skills. Your expertise in teaching all subjects will be highly valued, and your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues will be essential in achieving our school's vision.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach a range of subjects to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.

Requirements:
  • Hold QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Be qualified to teach all subjects.
  • Be available for immediate start, preferably in November or January.
  • Be paid to scale in long-term positions, with a minimum salary of £190 for supply work.
