Senior Sales Development Executive

**Job Description:** We are seeking a Pharmaceuticals Sales Lead to join our team at B&S Group (Laxmico Ltd). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the UK market.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Execution: Actively promote and sell our comprehensive product portfolio, including both prescription and generic pharmaceuticals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
**Requirements:
- A proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the UK market.
- A strong understanding of the UK pharmaceutical landscape, including regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
