Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Anonymous. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and commercialization of new disruptive additive technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to deliver strong year-on-year sales growth
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with key players within our customer base
  • Drive alignment and prioritization of commercial strategies and plans
  • Conduct market and user-based research to understand strategic, tactical, and commercial opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver globally

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a full life cycle engineering manufacturing and AM environment with sales or marketing
  • Degree qualified or Apprentice trained in Engineering/Manufacturing/Marketing or similar calibre/QBE
  • Proven commercial success in the exploitation of new technologies and building strong commercial relationships
