We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager in Rayleigh. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in property management, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
  • Ensure properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures
What We Offer:
  • A competitive OTE of £25,000 per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • A company car (full UK driving licence required)
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays
