Job Title: Autism Care Assistant
">We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to support an 18-year-old young woman with autism in Whitley Bay. As a Support Worker, you will enable her independence, facilitate participation in activities she enjoys, and ensure her safety when out and about.
">The ideal candidate has experience as a support worker, a positive understanding of people with disabilities, and a genuine interest in social care. They must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and possess a happy, positive, and caring nature.
">The role requires a car driver with business insurance, an Enhanced DBS Check, and good general health. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum (£13.09 per hour), pro-rata, with 5.6 weeks holiday per year.
