Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team at UKCIL Ltd as an Autism Care Assistant. This is a part-time position, approximately 4 hours per week, with flexibility available.

The successful candidate will work closely with an 18-year-old young woman with autism, supporting her daily life, ensuring her safety, and assisting with mobility when out and about.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have experience as a support worker, a positive understanding of people with disabilities, and a genuine interest in social care. They must also be punctual, reliable, flexible, and possess a happy, positive, and caring nature.

The requirements for this position include being a car driver with business insurance, having an Enhanced DBS Check, and maintaining good general health.

The rate of pay for this position is £13.09 per hour, with 5.6 weeks holiday per year, pro-rata. We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum.
