About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team. As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of maintenance engineers to ensure the smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with experience in leading and supervising teams. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

The salary for this position is estimated at £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the company's location. Benefits include 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers to ensure the smooth operation of production machinery.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of parts.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
