Company Overview: As a leading manufacturer, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. With a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working in a manufacturing environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: We require a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for reactive and pre-planned maintenance on all machinery, organising contractors and services of machines, controlling spare parts, and tracking and organising service and contractor documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Reactive and pre-planned maintenance on all machinery.
  • Organise contractors and services of machines.
  • Control spare parts for machines.
  • Track and organise all service and contractor documentation.
  • Perform routine safety inspections.
  • Assist Production when required.
  • Assist in improvement Projects.

Requirements:

  • Educated to ONC/BTEC - HNC/BTEC or equivalent level in Electrical engineering.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC's & HMI's.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • Ability to work within a multi-skilled team.
