We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer Lead to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in leading and supervising teams. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

The salary for this position is estimated at £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the company's location. Benefits include 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme.
