The Nicholl Fuel Oils Group stands as the foremost Independent Oil distributor in Northern Ireland, boasting numerous offices, depots, and retail locations.
We are actively seeking Full-Time Telesales Executives to enhance our dynamic sales teams across our operational centers.
These full-time positions entail a commitment of 40 hours per week (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break), operating from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and may include Saturday overtime as required by the business needs.
Due to fluctuations in demand, working hours may be subject to change.
Key Responsibilities:
(including but not limited to)
- Engaging in telephone communication with prospective and current clients
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records and data
- Conducting market research to gather sales insights and analyze trends
- Providing customer support in alignment with company policies
- Collaborating with the Team Manager to uphold our Pricing Policy and Credit Control
- Assisting in the marketing of company services, including promotional activities
- Performing general administrative tasks
Required Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
- Exceptional communication abilities and a professional telephone demeanor
- Outstanding customer service aptitude
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
- High energy and capability to work independently while meeting sales objectives
- Proficient reporting and presentation skills
- Previous experience in telesales is advantageous
Compensation: £12.00 per hour, equating to an annual salary of £24,960.
