Job Title: Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  2. Client Management: Establish long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as specified by management.
  5. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  6. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  2. Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  3. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
