Key Responsibilities:
- In-the-Field Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with UK business clients and offer tailored Gas, Electric, and Water solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Strategic Planning: Effectively manage your own schedule to maximise field time and impact.
- Consultative Sales: Provide expert guidance and customised solutions that set you apart from the competition.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they see you as a key partner in their business's success.
- Persuasive Negotiation: Utilise your negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the client and us.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue and KPI targets, driving your own success and contributing to our company's growth.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong grasp on your client pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and proactive engagement.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on the latest energy market trends to ensure your advice is always relevant and impactful.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably within the energy sector.
- Proven track record of hitting targets and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A consultative approach that focuses on understanding client needs.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills that turn prospects into long-term partners.

Salary: £43,000 - £68,000 per year
