Key Responsibilities:

  • In-the-Field Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with UK business clients and offer tailored Gas, Electric, and Water solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Effectively manage your own schedule to maximise field time and impact.
  • Consultative Sales: Provide expert guidance and customised solutions that set you apart from the competition.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they see you as a key partner in their business's success.
  • Persuasive Negotiation: Utilise your negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the client and us.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue and KPI targets, driving your own success and contributing to our company's growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong grasp on your client pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and proactive engagement.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on the latest energy market trends to ensure your advice is always relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A consultative approach that focuses on understanding client needs.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills that turn prospects into long-term partners.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding revenue and KPI targets.

Salary: £43,000 - £68,000 per year
