Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accident Management Courier to join our team at EDAM Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while transporting our fleet of replacement vehicles to customers across the country.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect replacement vehicles from customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and customer interactions
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and collection processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role
  • Full UK driving licence and a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
