Lead Web Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Web Developer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our digital marketing consultancy, you will be responsible for developing back-end scripts for our clients' websites and CRM systems.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with customers and clients to obtain technical requirements before programming using a variety of languages, including WordPress, Shopify, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality web interfaces that meet our clients' expectations
  • Help lead and manage the development team, working closely with the department head
  • Collaborate with clients to identify technical opportunities for business growth
  • Support the development of presentations, proposals, and briefs for new and existing clients
  • Ensure alignment between the development team and other departments
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a web developer
  • 3 years working in a similar role within an agency or client-side environment
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
