Compensation Specialist

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Compensation Specialist to join our team in Lichfield. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing the compensation process for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client compensation information.
  • Process payrolls and ensure timely payments to clients.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or queries related to compensation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in payroll management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
