Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing payrolls. Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes from start to finish, including data entry, calculations, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Provide timely and accurate payroll information to clients
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data
