Job Overview

Payroll Manager

We are a growing practice based in Lichfield, providing tax and accountancy advice to small businesses and individuals.

We use the latest technology to assist our clients and work as efficiently as possible.

We are now seeking an experienced professional to manage our payroll operations on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Utilize our HR software to streamline payroll operations and minimize errors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll management or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HR software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £23,000 - £28,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
