{"About the Role": "As a Domestic Assistant at McCarthy Stone, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and housekeeping services to our homeowners. Your duties will include domestic support, laundry services, cleaning of communal areas, and providing lifestyle services to our homeowners. You will also have the opportunity to support in the Bistro or Restaurant during service times and provide social support to our homeowners.

We are looking for a caring and professional individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people. If you have experience in a customer care or service role and are considerate, patient, and professional, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide domestic support and housekeeping services to homeowners
* Support in the Bistro or Restaurant during service times
* Provide lifestyle services to homeowners, including chaperoning to medical appointments and other community-related services
* Maintain a clean and safe environment in communal areas
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service
