About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Colleague at our Maidstone Tovil Superstore. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Be flexible and adaptable, working across various areas of the store as required.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
