About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager Nights to join our team at Tesco. As a Store Manager Nights, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the night shift operations, including stock management, customer service, and team performance.
- Work closely with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the store operates within budget.
- Identify and address any issues or problems that may impact store performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to colleagues to help them achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
