About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Beckenham Elmers End store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by participating in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required.
- Embody the Tesco values, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
