Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team at The Oval Partnership. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping the success of some best-in-class drinks brands in the UK market.

About the Role

This is a senior position responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of premium drinks across multiple categories. Effective communication with brand owners, strategic brand development, and efficient budget management are central to this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for assigned portfolio brands, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  • Brand Development: Drive brand growth through innovative marketing initiatives, product launches, and consumer engagement activities.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets of varying sizes effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring optimal return on investment for brand activations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales teams, trade marketing, brand owners, and others to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze results, and adapt strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the spirits or beverage industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI on marketing investments.
What We Offer
