We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at St Austell Brewery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of passionate individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high standards of customer care.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to maintain high standards and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, driving growth and success.
- Oversee the production of high-quality food and beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the business remains compliant and competitive.
