We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Oystercatcher, a contemporary bar and restaurant in Polzeath. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of passionate individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor customer feedback and adapt our service to meet the evolving needs of our guests.
- Oversee the production of high-quality food and beverages, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Manage cash handling and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
