We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at St Austell Brewery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of passionate individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high standards of customer care.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to maintain high standards and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the production of high-quality food and beverages, recognizing the importance of the Kitchen Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Take responsibility for administrative tasks, including cash management and health and safety regulations.
- Act as a role model and mentor, providing support and development opportunities for team members.
- Pursue ongoing professional development, with a focus on becoming a General Manager in the future.
