About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Dilston College. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver positive behaviour support to empower young people and promote their independence
  • Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualification
  • Previous care experience
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns and be part of a rota
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
